Nancy S. “Susie” Germany attended the University of Arkansas, Little Rock School of Law and the University of Denver College of Law, and received her law degree in 1997. She spent three years in Alaska, practicing law and serving as a judicial law clerk for the District Court in Anchorage. While in Alaska, her practice focused in the areas of criminal defense, family law and civil litigation. Ms. Germany has practiced in Colorado for several years in the areas of probate, estate planning, estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships. Her practice serves clients throughout Colorado . Ms. Germany is a member of the Alaska Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. She is active with the Colorado Bar Association Elder Law Section, and serves on the board of directors for The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities and serves on the advisory board for Front Range Hospice. A Colorado native, Ms. Germany feels it is important to provide quality, affordable legal services and to give back to the local community. She and her family are actively involved with Special Olympics and she frequently works with the elderly and families who have children with disabilities. |
